Gerry's Resume
Gerry has a background in commercial filming where he learned what it takes to get a production to completion. He has assisted hundreds of major corporations with national advertising print ads, and television commercials. His skill at negotiating stems from years of arranging contractual agreements for location fees between production companies, and property owners, whether governmental agencies such as cities, national parks, state parks, national monuments, corporate offices and installations, mansions, historic sites and bridges, including the Golden Gate Bridge. Like his daughter Kristin, he approaches tasks with calm and reason, and focused on service. Both place service as their most important goal. Gerry has been with Tarbell, Realtors for ten years.
